The Times Union recently highlighted Albany International Airport’s “Fear of Flying” program, which is designed to help travelers better understand and manage aviation-related anxiety. The program brings together clinical and aviation expertise to support individuals who experience fear when flying.

Dr. Griffan Randall and retired Southwest Airlines Captain Rick Weiss will lead the course, offering participants both psychological strategies and practical insight into the realities of air travel.

Dr. Randall was was one of three "Wellness" panelists for girl's and women's mental health at Emma Willard School's Reunion Weekend.
